1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you provide to us directly. This website does not use tracking cookies, does not set analytics scripts, and does not create visitor profiles.

3. Why we process data
- Responding to your inquiry — when you fill out the contact form, we use your data to respond to you and, if needed, arrange collaboration.

- Website security — server logs are used to protect against misuse.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep your data
- We keep messages from the contact form for as long as the correspondence continues, and for a reasonable period afterward, for record-keeping purposes.
- We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe.
- We keep server logs for a short period, in accordance with our hosting provider's settings.
5. Your rights
In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, you have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data,
- withdraw previously given consent,
- lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.

6. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. No cookie consent banner appears because none is needed.
7. Third-party content
The "What Others Say" page displays video testimonial thumbnails that are loaded from Google's servers (img.youtube.com). When these thumbnails load, your browser establishes a connection to Google, which may log your IP address in the process. Clicking on a testimonial opens YouTube in a new tab, where Google's Privacy Policy applies.
The website also contains links to kenancrnkicacademy.com and kenancrnkicshop.com. Their respective owners are responsible for the content and privacy practices on those sites.
8. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, but no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure.
